Clear out background files when you open Encompass Print

1. Open This PC from your File Explorer

2. Double click C:/

3. Double click "users" folder

4. Double click your name

5. Double click Appdata folder ( If this is not there, click view and then find the checkbox named "show hidden items" )

6. Double click Roaming folder

7. Double click Encompass folder

8. Double click "background upload" folder

9. Delete all the files that are in this folder

10. Close out Encompass if its open and re-open it, there should not be anymore files trying to be uploaded
