To add a printer:

Open Settings -- Devices -- Printers & Scanners -- Add a printer or scanner

This will search the network for available printers. Printers are typically names by FloorLocationDepartment.

ex. 4th Floor of HQ1 there is the closing printer. It would be 4HQClosing
