To install the CapCenter VPN:
Go to Software Center (see separate article on Software Center if you are unsure what this is)
Go to the Applications tab -- CapCenter VPN -- Install
Right now it throws an error that says failed. This is a false reading and it actually does succeed. IT is working on fixing that issue.
